Service and Support
This software does not come with free training or support. If it does not load up on your computer, you are doing something wrong. These are regular PoolDraw/Visio files and should work without a problem. However, I will personally answer email concerning set up issues. If for some very unusual reason you are unable to get up and running, I will refund your money.
